R750 provides a one-week food supply for a family of five.
R1,500 provides a 15-day food supply for a family of five.
R3,000 provides a month’s food supply for a family of five.

Each food parcel weighs approximately 21kgs and contains:
- Rice – 5kg
- Red Split Lentils – 5kg
- Canned White Beans – 3.2kg
- Canned Chickpeas – 3.2kg
- Salt – 0.5kg
- Fortified Sunflower Oil – 3.64kg
