How You Fed the Fasting in 2016
It's that time of year again - Ramadan is almost here alhamdulillah! So, as we prepare for the coming of this holy month, let's take a look back at how you helped feed the fasting last year.
Your generous donations provided around 953,000 iftars in 41 countries across the globe mash'Allah! Through both our family food packs and community based iftars, you helped feed thousands of needy families.
Thank you for all of your support and for putting a smile on so many faces during this special month. Please continue to remember these communities this Ramadan. As you commit to this month of important ibadah, help feed a fasting person and earn double the reward. As Prophet Muhammad (saw) said:
'Whoever gives iftar to one who is fasting will have a reward like his, without that detracting from the reward of the fasting person in the slightest.' (Tirmidhi)
