Home Improvement - Community Upliftment Project

Muslim Hands

MHSA took the opportunity after extensive research and planning to assist Mrs. Kariema Majiet and her family by providing them with a construction upgrade. She has been living in extremely hazardous and unhealthy living conditions, with her family and due to husband a some of her kids suffering from TB (Tuberculosis), it was not conducive for them.

MHSA embarked on upgrading her home to ease her living conditions, alleviate and prevent any further implications especially to the lives of her children.

Here, builders fitted a new front facade and roof with timber and steel cladding along with a new window and door frame. Programmes Manager, Sheikh Haashim Peck also checking up on the renovations.

On 1 August 2019 MHSA proudly handed over a newly constructed home which includes new beds and groceries to our welfare recipient, Mrs. Kariema Majiet and her family. She expressed her gratitude and thanks to MHSA for helping improve her and her family's standard of living.

It's clear by the smile on the kids' faces that they are delighted and overjoyed with their newly renovated home, Alhamdulilah!
