Aid for The Far East Rand Hospital

Muslim Hands
The Far East Rand Hospital is located on the borders of Springs, Johannesburg. This government hospital mainly relies on donations and has inadequate funding. Many mothers who come to the hospital are from informal settlements and are unemployed, thus lack basic toiletries to look after their babies once they leave the hospital.
On the 11th November, Muslim Hands travelled to Johannesburg to aid the hospital. Our team distributed over 200 hygiene packs which consisted of the basic needs of mothers and their babies, in hope that it will promote good health and well-being.
