A new start !

Muslim Hands
CAFDA is an association found in the Cape Flats that works towards providing physical and social support to vulnerable individuals. The association provides educational opportunities to these individuals, which allows them to earn a livelihood for themselves. This year, Muslim Hands sponsored 39 students to embark on 3 programmes with CAFDA namely: electrical, plumbing and welding.
On 8th of November, Muslim Hands participated in the graduation of these 39 learners at CAFDA and were joined by many reputable dignitaries. One of the keynote speakers for the ceremony was the President of the Muslim Judicial Council, Sheikh Erefaan Abrahams, who addressed the graduates with words of motivation.
Graduates from the program humbly thanked Muslim Hands for sponsoring them. Attaining this qualification means a new start for them. It means they can get employed, earn a livelihood for themselves and provide support to their families.
