Sharing the blessings of iftar
For many Muslims around the world, Ramadan is a time of worship and full of opportunities to earn great rewards from Allah (SWT). It is a time to look beyond our obligations and to ask ourselves what more we can do for our family, for our Ummah and most importantly, for Allah
When we fast, we’re in fact remembering those who are malnourished or even have nothing at all to eat on a daily basis. While levels of hunger have decreased across the globe over the last year ten years, an estimated 795 million people worldwide are malnourished. With your help, Muslim Hands has been providing iftar meals to hundreds of people in needy communities and masajid every year during Ramadan
This year, the Muslim Hands team and the community of Khayelitsha had a blessed iftar together.
With your continued support and generosity, Muslim Hands continues to prioritise programmes that assists the needy during the auspicious month of Ramadan.
