Our Largest Water Project in Yemen

Muslim Hands

In the heart of Yemen, where the sun beats down on dry earth and the struggle for survival is daily, a powerful transformation has taken place. In Ma’rib — a city rich in history but long burdened by crisis — we have completed our largest-ever water project, offering over 1.2 million people access to clean, safe water.

Just two years ago, this land was barren. Now, because of your Zakat and Sadaqah, a 2,000-cubic-metre reservoir is a source of life, hope, and dignity. This is more than a project — it’s a promise fulfilled, and a reminder of what we can achieve when we come together.

This life-changing achievement is only possible because of you. Your generosity turned dry ground into a lifeline for over a million people. But the reality remains: over 17 million people in Yemen still lack access to clean water.

The Prophet (saw) spoke of the people of Yemen with love and honour. He promised they will drink first on the Day of Judgment. Today, you can be among those who helped them drink in this life.

Let’s continue this journey.

R2,500 gives water for life to 25 people.

Donate your Zakat and Sadaqah. Share the reward. Change a life.
