Give Relief to Blessed Yemen
The Prophet (saw) said, ‘The best of men are the men of Yemen, belief is Yemeni, and I am Yemeni’. [Ahmad]
Years of relentless conflict have devastated Yemen, leaving a brutal impact on its population. A staggering 23.4 million people are in need of humanitarian aid, with 13 million being children. Widespread hunger and malnutrition prevail, and tragically, a child succumbs to these conditions every 10 minutes in Yemen. Our dedication is unwavering as we strive for the long-term stability of the nation.
Thanks to your generous support, Muslim Hands are actively present on the ground, delivering emergency relief to the most severely affected areas. We are in the process of setting up mobile health clinics in rural regions and ensuring a steady supply of nutritious meals for school children.
Our bakeries distribute complimentary bread to thousands in Yemen on the verge of starvation. Simultaneously, we are engaged in the construction of wells and the restoration of existing ones, ensuring that hundreds of families have access to safe, clean water.
“Bread is a staple food we take for granted but in Yemen it can save lives. For many Yemenis the bread factory will provide the only meal they will have in the day. This basic item will stop thousands of people starving.” [Abdul Rahman Hussein, Country Director Yemen Programmes]
